Introduction to the drying process of the production line of pasta machine equipment

The drying process of hanging noodle machine equipment is the most costly and technical process in the whole production line of vermicelli production, which has a very important relationship with product quality and production cost. Production of brittle noodles, wet noodles, sour noodles and other phenomena is due to the drying equipment and process is not reasonable, must pay great attention.

The current dry pasta drying process is generally divided into three categories, namely:

1. High-temperature rapid drying method: this method is the traditional process in China. Drying temperature is high about 50 ℃, distance 25 ~ 30 meters, time about 2 ~ 2.5 hours. Has the advantages of small investment, fast drying. The disadvantage is that the temperature and humidity is difficult to control, product quality is not stable, easy to produce brittle surface, has been gradually replaced by other methods.

2. Low-temperature slow drying method: It is the dry surface drying method introduced from Japan in 1980s. The high-temperature drying temperature does not exceed 35℃, the distance is about 400 meters, and the time is up to 7-8 hours. The method is characterized by imitating natural drying, stable production and reliable product quality. The disadvantages are large investment, high drying cost and troublesome maintenance. It is only applicable to some large and medium-sized factories.

3. Medium temperature and medium speed drying method: for the advantages and disadvantages of high temperature fast method and low temperature slow method, China in the 1980s and 1990s. The method has the characteristics of less investment, low energy consumption, high production efficiency, good product quality, etc., and has been popularized in China. The medium-temperature and medium-speed method is suitable for multi-row straight rows and single-row return air drying room. The running length of the former should be 40-50 meters, and the return length of the latter is about 200 meters, and the drying time is about 4 hours.
