Faculty and Students from Henan University of Technology Visit Hebei Guojian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for Research and Study Activities: Deepening Industry-Academia-Research Integration to Jointly Promote New Developments in Food Machinery

Recently, representatives from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Henan University of Technology visited Hebei Guojian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for an inspection tour and learning exchange. This research activity aimed to strengthen university-enterprise ties, promote deep integration of industry, academia, and research, and provide students with firsthand insights into the manufacturing processes and technological innovations of China's leading food machinery.

Welcomed warmly by Guojian Machinery's management, the delegation toured the company's precision machining workshop, equipment assembly workshop, and product exhibition center. Technical engineers provided detailed explanations of the core components of a fully automated noodle production line. This included the vacuum dough mixer, maturation machine, multi-stage intelligent control rolling and cutting equipment, culminating in the technological heartpiece—the automated drying chamber employing a “low-temperature, low-speed” process. Engineers emphasized that this process maximizes the retention of noodle texture and nutritional value, showcasing Guojian Machinery's profound technical expertise in food processing.

During the tour, the highly automated production equipment, rigorous assembly processes, and meticulous craftsmanship left a profound impression on the group. Students engaged in in-depth discussions with technical staff regarding equipment design principles, intelligent control system applications, and future industry trends, seamlessly integrating classroom theory with practical manufacturing insights.

The accompanying faculty member from Henan University of Technology remarked: "This study tour has been highly rewarding.
