Static ripening machine

The boiling pot adopts segmented, lifting and adjustable structure.

Material: frame, track, chain and cross floor are made of SUS304 stainless steel; the chain adopts large nylon ball chain.

Use and characteristics: segmented boiled water, suitable for switching between different varieties, increase product richness, sufficient to different customer needs. Segmental step cooling can effectively reduce the temperature of noodles, effectively reduce the power and frequency of cold water refrigeration unit.

Electrical control system

 It is composed of 3 control cabinets:

 I # cabinet: control brine mixing, automatic metering, and surface machine, and the surface time can be adjusted freely, pneumatic opening and closing automatically manually switch, automatic feeding detection, continuous pressing, single machine speed adjustment, online speed adjustment, and adjust the weight and length of surface block without stopping.

# Cabinet: control static curing machine, composite calender and continuous calender.

# Cabinet: control the steam machine, tensile cutting machine, water boiling machine and conveyor.

 Including: programmable controller, frequency converter, shell, contactor, instrument, etc.

The whole line adopts photoelectric sensing tracking, frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC program processing, and added process link programmed system control, which can realize single fine tuning, the whole line linkage, synchronous rise and fall speed.
